After 24 years in aviation, including 20 as a public servant, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to pursue my true passion—cooking BBQ. With the support of my wife, children, extended family, and friends, we are turning this dream into reality.
Operating from a food trailer, we craft our sides from scratch and smoke high-quality beef and pork on locally made offset smokers. Our goal is simple: to serve great Texas BBQ while fostering fellowship and connection. We can’t wait to share our journey with you—one cook at a time.
